If you sent an email to our support team and did not receive a response, then follow these steps:
1. Check that you sent the email to email@example.com
2. Check the mail filter settings, emails from firstname.lastname@example.org should not be deleted/forwarded/marked as spam. Hackers, gaining access to your e-mail box are setting up forwarding letters from us to another mailbox and deleting them from yours.
3. If you have not received a response 10 days after you sent us your letter, it is likely that for some reason your letter was not received by us. Try emailing again using a different email address (we recommend using Gmail).
