NOTE, this solution applies only to hotmail mailboxes
Here are the steps how to whitelist our email
- Log in to your account.
- Click the Options (gear-shaped icon in the upper right corner)
- Pick option "Parameters", then pick option "Junk mail" at the bottom left
- Pick "Trusted sender" and add [email protected] to the list
In order to check if it works, please, open your website profile and find your transactions and click the mail icon - it will resend you an email about your purchase.
