Dear friends!
The upcoming holidays are always a special time for our big community, our huge family. The traditional Twitch Drops Event brings together players from all countries and continents, and no one is left without a present. We thank everyone for your support, love and faith in Escape from Tarkov, together we are creating the game of our dreams!
This time the New Year events will be held from December 29, 2022 16:00 MSK to January 8, 2023 16:00 MSK. It's easy as always to participate, just follow these simple instructions.
1: Gifts on the Battlestate Games Twitch Channel
Follow the announcements and watch the broadcasts on the official BSG channel twitch.tv/battlestategames during the specified days. We have planned a series of interesting events and by taking part in them all viewers can win various gifts.
Broadcasts will take place every day on the official Battlestate Games Twitch channel, don't miss it!
2: Profiles in Escape from Tarkov and Twitch
Drops are available to users who own a copy of the game. If you don't have one, you can purchase it here.
In order to receive Drops or give them away on your channel, both the viewer and the streamer need to link their Twitch account to their game profile on the Escape from Tarkov website. You can do it here.
Create a twitch.tv profile if you don't have one.
3: Watch and Get Drops
This year the principle of receiving Drops has been changed:
- Previously, streamers could participate in 3x24h Drops campaigns: 2x24 on general days and 1x24 on personal days.
- This year they will be able to participate in 6x12h campaigns:
- 2 x 12h on general day Dec. 29;
- 2 x 12h on the general day on Jan. 7;
- 2 personal 12h campaigns on 2 different days, with the first campaign starting at 16:00 MSK and the second at 04:00 MSK.
During the event you can get Drops as follows:
December 29 - general day for absolutely everyone
Drops will be activated on ALL Twitch channels without exception, that will broadcast in the Escape from Tarkov category. All streamers wishing to participate in the event during this day need to have an active copy of the game and make sure Step 2 is complete. If you don't own a game copy, you can purchase one here.

4: Drops - In-game Items
During the campaign you will be guaranteed to receive 1 in-game item at certain intervals: weapons, gear, various rare items, etc. You can watch one or more broadcasts, but viewing time will only count if these broadcasts are part of the event.
Running similar events in the past has been a great way to load test the game and allowed us to implement many changes and improvements. Thank you for staying with us and helping to make Escape from Tarkov better!
